A traditional videographer focuses on producing a longer, cinematic wedding film, while we specialize in short-form, ready-to-share videos. We also provide unlimited raw photos and video footage captured throughout your day, with everything delivered within 24 hours!

If your budget allows, both services complement each other beautifully, as one doesn't replace the other! However, if you're choosing between the two, we recommend thinking about what's most important to you: a long-form cinematic film, or short-form videos and behind-the-scenes moments you can relive and share within 24 hours of saying "I do!"

We’ve tested all versions of the iPhone and only use the models that deliver the highest quality footage. For all of our content capture, we use the iPhone 17 Pro Max or newer. These devices produce stunning, professional-quality content while allowing us to blend seamlessly into your day—no bulky cameras, no distracting gear, just us quietly documenting real moments as they unfold. We also bring a backup phone to ensure nothing is ever missed, so you can feel confident that every candid, emotional, and behind-the-scenes moment is captured.

Every creator undergoes extensive hands-on training at weddings, as well as ongoing team training to ensure we're all aligned in how we capture, edit, and deliver your content. We don't simply hire creators and send them off to weddings. We invest in their training so every couple receives the same level of quality, care, and intentional storytelling that defines Iris & Ivory.

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on working seamlessly alongside your photographer and videographer. Our role is to complement their work—not compete with it. We aim to stay out of their way while capturing our own unique, behind-the-scenes perspective.

Before your big day, we love to connect with your media team to align on the flow of the event, discuss how we can best support their vision, and ensure everyone is working together to give you the most complete, cohesive coverage possible.

You’ll receive all of your content within 24 hours through a Dropbox link. Everything is neatly organized into folders—raw clips, edited videos, and photos—so it's easy to find, download, and start reliving your day right away. No waiting weeks to see your memories come to life!

Simply fill out our contact form, and we’ll be in touch to learn more about your event and walk through the details. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit to reserve your date (the remaining balance is due one month before your wedding). Before the big day, we’ll also schedule a video call to go over everything, answer any questions, and make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and excited about what’s to come!

Travel arrangements will be discussed during the booking process, and any associated travel costs will be included in your final, custom quote.

Yes! We are fully insured and happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) whenever your venue requests one. Just let us know, and we’ll promptly send all the necessary documentation and work directly with your venue to meet any requirements they have.
